Criminal Mediation

Victim offender mediation is a process that provides interested victims an opportunity to be heard and directly involved in developing a plan that addresses the harm caused by the crime. This plan can include restorative justice to shift focus to repairing the harm committed against the victim and community. It may also include a plan for the offender to identify what needs to change to prevent future re-offending.

“We must all obey the great law of change. It is the most powerful law of nature.”
